A certain part of the land plots that are already registered in the state land cadastre are owned by several owners at once. The corresponding statement was made by the head of the land agency Zoe Yarosh, during the next thematic briefing.
Those citizens of the country who for a long period of time used land plots, even had no idea that a certain part of their land was owned by completely different owners. Quite often, several hectares may own other owners.
In accordance with the opinion of most lawyers, those land plots that do not have their own cadastral numbers for this period, but at the same time, during the filling of the Earth’s cadastre, additional difficulties and difficulties will arise. Owners will be forced directly to the relevant courts to resolve the most difficult issues. The total number of disputes will become more and more, the courts will simply be oversaturated with relevant statements.
